This is a nice 2-star 1 bedroom apartment of 40mē in the VERY centre of Chamonix. It is on the first floor and there is a lift.
The bedroom has a double bed, and a mezzanine with 2 single mattresses. The large lounge has a private balcony looking across the river to Mt Blanc. The lounge has a double sofa bed, and dining table and chairs for 6. Above the lounge is a mezzanine with 2 single mattresses. (There are beds for 8 in total though the apartment is equipped for 6).
There is a shower and separate wc. The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
TV for videos, unlimited hot water, and heating are all included.
This is in the very centre of Chamonix, in the pedestrian area. It could not be more convenient for all the shops, bars and restaurants. And the bus stops for the free valley buses are just a 2 minute walk.
Linen (at 20 euros/person, 30 euros/couple) and final cleaning of the apartment (at 60 euros) are the only extras if we supply these services.
