Rating:   This is a comfortable 18m2 apartment. It can sleep 2 people and is in Chamonix Sud in the Forclaz buildng. It is on the 5th floor facing the Brevant mountain range and has lift access. There is a bathroom and unlimited hot water. It is located close to all shops, bars and restuarants. The bus stop for the free buses to all ski areas are just 2 minutes away. The only extra costs, which are optional, are linen and cleaning. Linen costs €20 per single bed and includes towels. The cleaning of the apartment will cost €30. We also take a €200/£200 damage deposit on arrival which is given back when you leave.
